March - Coyote Trail has a great librarian and volunteer in Lisa Martin. Mrs. Martin organizes the book fairs, Family Library Nights, author visits, and STEM night. She loves working at Coyote Trail because of the families, students and staff. Mrs. Martin has been married to Bill Martin for almost 23 years. They have an 18-year-old son. She is an avid hiker, who hiked in and out of the Grand Canyon over Spring Break. She also enjoys writing and, of course, reading.

April - Vickie Nissen is Coyote Trail's Physical Education teacher, who makes PE exciting for the students and helped the APEX fundraiser be a huge success! Mrs. Nissen was married for 25 years to "the love of her life". He unexpectedly passed away in 2006. She and her husband have 2 sons, one who also passed away, and 3 elementary age grandchildren. Most of her family lives in Iowa and she visits, taking along her Yorkie, Hawkeye, with her whenever she goes. She also loves cheering for the U of A Women's softball team. She attends every home game is hoping they make it to the Women's College World Series this year.

  • Raytheon Employees: Raytheon's "Matching Gifts for Education Program" is designed to encourage Raytheon employees to support education with their personal contributions. Coyote Trail is eligible for matching gifts under this program, which means that if you do a tax credit donation to Coyote Trail, Raytheon will match your gift, doubling the amount of your donation up to $10,000! The Matching Gifts for Education program can be found here on the Raytheon network.
  • Box Tops - collect box tops on many common pantry-type foods, Kleenex and frozen foods. *Remember to ask family and friends to collect Box Tops, too, and turn them into the front office or your child's teacher.
